Digital lender Kissht is set to enter mutual fund distribution after its subsidiary, Invincible Minds, received registration from the Association of Mutual Funds in India (Amfi), marking its push beyond the core credit business.

Kissht parent OnEMI Technology Solutions said Invincible Minds received an Amfi Registration Number on July 14. The registration is valid from July 13, 2026, to July 12, 2029. It allows the subsidiary to distribute mutual fund products, but not to launch or manage mutual fund schemes.

OnEMI incorporated Invincible Minds as a wholly owned subsidiary on June 17 with an initial paid-up capital of Rs 9 crore. The company had said the unit would spearhead its expansion into non-lending businesses and allied financial services, in line with plans outlined in its initial public offering prospectus.
