Atomberg converts into public company, adds independent directors ahead of IPO



Mumbai-based consumer appliances maker Atomberg Technologies has converted into a public company and appointed three independent directors as it prepares for a Rs 1,500-2,000-crore initial public offering (IPO), regulatory filings showed.Shareholders approved the conversion and change in name from Atomberg Technologies Private Limited to Atomberg Technologies Limited on May 21. The Registrar of Companies (RoC) approved the application on July 2.
