What is Pyjama Day? Wear comfy Pyjamas to IKEA for free breakfast on this date

IKEA is encouraging customers to ditch their regular attire and don their most comfortable pyjamas on Saturday, September 7, as part of a countrywide Pyjama Day celebration. Ikea Pyjama Day will take place in stores around the UK.
IKEA Family members who visit their nearest store in pyjamas this Saturday can kick off the day with a complimentary breakfast.Options include a small cooked breakfast featuring “scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, a breakfast roll,” or a children’s breakfast for those aged 16 and under.
The benefits extend beyond breakfast. Shoppers wearing pyjamas will also receive a £15 discount when they spend £50 or more in-store. IKEA stores throughout the UK will be hosting free family-oriented events, with special appearances from BJÖRN bear in the restaurants to amuse young visitors.
“We know that many of our IKEA Family members love a good lie-in, but who can say no to a free meal and some fantastic savings? So why not combine the two and make it even more rewarding,” said Anna Arokiam, Commercial Activities Leader, IKEA UK & Ireland. “We hope this dreamy offer gives everyone an excuse to get out of bed bright and early and enjoy a fun-filled day at their local IKEA.”
