UK Parliament echoes with chants of 'Shri Ram' in celebrations for Ram Mandir



NEW DELHI: With excitement spreading around the globe over the upcoming Pran Pratishtha ceremony of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, the Sanatan Sanstha of UK (SSUK) kicked off joyous celebrations at the British Parliament on Friday.
The atmosphere within the House of Commons was filled with reverence as Shri Ram, known as the ‘Yugpurush‘, took center stage.The event began with a bhajan, followed by a presentation of the Kakbhushundi Samvad by SSUK members.
The group also paid homage to the life of Shri Krishna by exploring the 12th Chapter of the Gita.
The event was attended by Harrow MP Bob Blackman, along with Raj Rajeshwar Guru ji and Swami Surya Prabha Didi from Brahmarishi Ashram, Hunslow.
A UK declaration, endorsed by more than 200 temples, community organisations, and associations across the country, will be presented to the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust in Ayodhya ahead of the Pran Pratishtha ceremony.
The Pran Pratishtha ceremony is scheduled to take place in Ayodhya on January 22, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and several other leaders in attendance. PM Modi will oversee the rituals to mark the Pran Pratishtha of the idol of Ram Lalla at the grand temple.
