“A lot of people are pushing back quite publicly against the Sussexes,” Kennedy told Dan Wootton. “For example, what they said on Oprah does not match what they said a few months ago. They backed down on racism allegations, and many people thought, ‘We ought to back off on this.'”
Reports suggest that the couple has been ignored by some of the very individuals they want to be on the right side of, with filmmaker Steven Spielberg reportedly blanking them. It was also stated that Oprah Winfrey had snubbed the newlyweds by leaving them off the guest list for her 69th birthday party.
According to OK Magazine, despite their invitation to the Suits actress’ royal wedding to Harry, George Clooney and Meghan’s friendship has become distant over the last few years.
