Meghan: King Charles shows he's still fond of Meghan during Biden’s UK visit

During Joe Biden‘s recent visit to the UK, King Charles III appears to have given a subtle nod to his disgruntled son Prince Harry and his American wife Meghan Markle, reported Mirror.
Charles and Biden have also faced heightened scrutiny over their complex relationships with their younger sons. Biden’s adversaries have seized on Hunter Biden’s plea deal on two misdemeanor tax crimes to attack the president. The king’s relationship with Prince Harry has been in the spotlight since Harry and his wife, Meghan, withdrew from royal duties in 2020.

However, the rumours surrounding frosty relationship between Meghan and the King can now be put to rest given his latest gesture.
The 74-year-old Britain‘s King warmly welcomed the 80-year-old US President on Monday at Windsor Castle, near London, where the two underscored the strength of the relationship between the two countries and discussed clean-energy investment and efforts to combat climate change in developing nations. Afterwards, the duo also took tea in the Oak Room.
Following that, the King invited his special guest to view a display of Royal Collection objects in the White Drawing Room. The objects were related to the Royal Family‘s relationships with prior US Presidents, including Presidents Roosevelt, Kennedy, and Eisenhower.
The next moment, however, could be interpreted as a hint by Prince Harry and his wife as he led the US president to the Green Drawing Room where both posed for the shutterbugs.
The significance stems from the fact that these official photographs were shot in the same spot where Meghan and Harry posed for their wedding portraits.
By posing there, The King made it absolutely clear to the visiting dignitaries that The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are still part of the royal family.
The move could provide Harry with some assurance and proves that Meghan still has a place in Charles’ heart. It also shows that the royal family, in general, still has sympathies for the California-based couple, despite their repeated attacks on the palace.
Ever since relinquishing royal duties, Meghan has been on the receiving end of racist slurs, facing unjust criticism and propaganda.
In January of last year, Bot Sentinel, a Twitter analytic service that was stopped, revealed a coordinated Twitter campaign against Meghan.
It wasn’t always like that. Till a few years back, Meghan had a deep bond with her father-in-law and Charles too loved her and was very fond of her. After Meghan gave birth to Archie, Charles was over the moon about becoming a grandfather again.
