Princess of Wales Kate Middleton is set to make a public appearance on November 10 during the national Remembrance Sunday service at the Cenotaph in Whitehall, reports suggest. This marks a significant moment as she steps back into the public eye while undergoing cancer treatment.
According to The Sunday Times, Kate, 42, has been undergoing chemotherapy and is hoping to join King Charles III and other members of the royal family for the ceremony, honoring those who have lost their lives in conflict. This will be her third official appearances since revealing her diagnosis earlier this year.
However, her participation in this event will depend on her health, as she continues to have “more good days,” according to reports.
The Princess of Wales has only made two public appearances since her cancer diagnosis. She first appeared during the Trooping the Colour in June, joining the royal family on the Buckingham Palace balcony. Her second appearance came in July at Wimbledon, where she presented the men’s trophy and received a standing ovation from the crowd.
Kate shared her health struggles with the public in March, when she announced on social media that she had been diagnosed with cancer and was undergoing chemotherapy. Despite her ongoing treatment, she is reportedly holding regular meetings from home and enjoying time with her family, including her husband Prince William and their three children.
As Kate prepares for her return to public life, the royal family has also been focusing on King Charles’ health. The King, 75, has faced his own health battles but is said to be recovering well.
