Leading startups and ecommerce companies in India may significantly draw back from campus hiring from the Class of 2024 compared to last year, as a lack of visibility amid a prolonged funding crunch, layoffs and various other belt-tightening measures are prompting companies to narrow their hiring funnel, said recruiting managers and investors.Campus hiring by startups in 2023 (from Class of 2024) will see a near 35% decline, according to a
