Curefoods, a Bengaluru-based cloud kitchen startup with focus on healthy daily food, on Thursday said it has onboarded Avani Davda as an independent director.

Davda is a seasoned executive having more than two decades of experience and a proven track record in the food and beverages industry including the Tata group.

Ankit Nagori, founder of Curefoods, said, “Avani’s expertise and years of experience in the F&B industry adds a fresh perspective of thought and direction to the brand and its strategy.”

Davda is also an independent director on the boards of companies like Mahindra Logistics and JSW Paints. She is also a strategic advisor to Bain Advisory Network and has previously served as the managing director and CEO of Godrej Nature’s Basket Ltd.

Davda also has the distinction of being the first and youngest CEO of Tata Starbucks Ltd. She was also the youngest CEO within the entire Tata Group.
