The World Trade Organization’s 14th Ministerial Conference (MC14) begins Thursday in Yaoundé, Cameroon, where its 166 members would deliberate on the US global tariffs and the West Asian conflict.

The four-day meeting, touted as a “reform ministerial”, comes as fissures between developed and developing countries widen over digital trade, agriculture, lowering expectations for major outcomes, subsidies and institutional reform.
