Software-as-a-service company Freshworks has acquired Israel-based Robusta, an AI startup that helps companies identify the causes of technology outages and recommend fixes, as it looks to expand its IT operations platform.The acquisition will bring Robusta’s AI-based incident investigation technology to Freshservice, Freshworks’ IT service management platform.
