Through its public offering, Rentomojo is raising Rs 150 crore in fresh capital, while investors including Accel, Chiratae Ventures and ValueQuest are selling shares worth Rs 1,106 crore.
At the upper end of the price band, Accel is set to clock returns of 8.2-times, while Chiratae will see paper gains of around five times on its investment. Both the investors had backed Rentomojo at its seed stage.
The Bengaluru-based company, which underwent severe business challenges during the Covid19 pandemic, won the Comeback Kid prize at the ET Startup Awards 2024.
