Last Thursday, Aurum PropTech announced its biggest acquisition yet: a Rs 458-crore all-stock deal to buy out Softbank-backed Housing.com. It was the listed firm’s latest move in a five-year strategy stitching together some of India’s real estate technology startups.This is the company’s ninth acquisition since 2021. The company has also acquired CRM platform Sell.do, rental property management platform TheHouseMonk, coliving operators
