Vishal Gupta, the chief executive of PhonePe Insurance Broking Services, a subsidiary of PhonePe, has resigned to launch his own startup.Announcing his departure in a LinkedIn post, Gupta said he was leaving to build a new venture and called it a natural next step after spending years building products and businesses at startups such as PhonePe, Flipkart, and Pine Labs.The company has not yet named a successor to Gupta.
