A free-trade deal between India and the European Union cannot be agreed upon if there is an insistence on getting access to the Asian country’s dairy sector, India’s trade minister Piyush Goyal said on Friday.
Goyal said a trade deal between the two can be done fast if sensitivities are respected on both sides. He was speaking at the Asia-Pacific conference of German Business in New Delhi, where German Economy Minister Robert Habeck was also present.
