Bhopal (MP): Sanjeev Sharma an IITian living in Bhopal, has been doing research on self-driving cars for several years. A self-driving car is a car that can be driven safely even without a driver and can reach its destination on its own. Sanjeev Sharma describes that he started his journey in 2009 when he got inspiration to develop such autonomous technology. Speaking to ANI Sanjeev Sharma said, “My research was Primary Research, Decision Making, Motion Planning, Research Area was founded in 2011 and after doing 12 B.Tech, I was in Israel. Where motion planning decision making software was being developed in such a way that the mobile robot could run at very high speed in very tense traffic. I was in Canada from 2012 to 2014 and then came back to India. Started my startup. This is how our journey has started.” According to Sanjeev, this technology is global and it will be a market of 10 trillion dollars by 2030 and he thinks till that time only four to five companies will survive which will be bringing in the autonomous market.
