NEW DELHI: Israel Parliament Knesset Speaker Amir Ohana congratulated Indian authorities for the inauguration of India’s new Parliament.
“From the beating heart of Israel’s democracy in Jerusalem to the beating heart of the world’s largest democracy in New Delhi, congratulations to my friends @ombirlakota (LS Speaker) and @VPIndia (RS Chairman) on the inauguration of the beautiful new parliament building,” he tweeted.
Ohana had visited India earlier this year to seek better parliamentary cooperation between the two countries.
